Refund Policy

Zyesims wants you to shop for eSIMs with confidence. Since eSIMs are digital products delivered instantly, our refund policy is as follows:
Full 100% Refund Eligible
- The eSIM has not yet been installed on any device (QR code not scanned) — request must be made within 30 days of purchase.
- The eSIM cannot be activated due to an error on our end or the network provider’s end, and our support team is unable to resolve it.
- You purchased the wrong plan and notify us immediately before installation (we can either switch you to the correct plan or issue a refund).
No Refund
- The eSIM has already been activated and used normally (data usage has occurred).
- Your device does not support eSIM or is carrier-locked — please verify compatibility before purchasing (requirements are clearly stated on the product page).
- Weaker signal at a specific location due to local network infrastructure, while service remains functional within the coverage area.
- The plan has expired.
How to Request a Refund
- Email support@zyesims.com with subject line [Refund], including your order ID.
- Describe the issue; for technical issues, please attach screenshots to help us diagnose quickly.
- We’ll respond within 24 hours and process refunds to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Special cases not listed above will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis — just reach out; your experience is always our top priority.
