Unlimited Data eSIM

Unlimited data: your connection won’t drop mid-trip. However, high-speed data is limited daily—1 GB for Unlimited, 3 GB for Unlimited Plus; once exhausted, speeds will be reduced until your daily allowance resets. Unlimited Premium (available in select countries) has no high-speed data limit. Post-limit speeds for Unlimited plans range from 256 Kbps to 1.25 Mbps depending on the country—see the comparison table above.

At ~256–384 Kbps: messaging, email, and Google Maps work fine; app-based voice calls may be unstable. At 1 Mbps or higher: social media browsing, 360p video streaming, and low-quality video calls are smooth. HD video and laptop hotspotting require higher speeds—choose Plus or Premium if you rely on these heavily.

Choose Unlimited if you don’t want to monitor your data usage—or if you have heavy usage days (e.g., all-day navigation, video calls, photo uploads). Choose a fixed-data plan if your daily usage is consistently under 1 GB—these are usually more affordable. See: 1GB high-speed data ≈ 3.3 hours of 360p video or 0.9 hours of 720p HD video (estimated using YouTube’s recommended bitrates).

Yes. Note that hotspot usage counts toward your plan’s high-speed data allowance — a single laptop can quickly consume 1GB, and carriers may throttle speeds when hotspotting. For group sharing, we recommend Unlimited Plus or Premium.

The number of days starts when your eSIM first connects to mobile data at your destination — not from the purchase date. We recommend installing your eSIM before departure and only enabling it upon landing.
