Welcome to Zyesims. By accessing zyesims.com and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services

Zyesims sells prepaid eSIM data plans for travel purposes. Your eSIM is delivered digitally (QR code and setup instructions) to your email after successful payment. We do not sell physical SIM cards.

2. Device Requirements

You are responsible for verifying that your device supports eSIM and is not carrier-locked before purchase. The list of compatible devices on our website is for reference only.

3. Orders and Payment

Prices shown are in your selected currency and are final. Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways; Zyesims does not store your card information.

4. Activation and Validity Period

The plan’s validity period begins when your eSIM first connects to the network in the supported region (or as specifically described per plan). Data allowance, speed, and fair usage policy (FUP), if applicable, are clearly stated in each plan’s description.

5. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Lawful Use

You agree to use the service lawfully in accordance with local laws and regulations, and not for fraud, spam, or any illegal purpose. We reserve the right to refuse service upon detecting abuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

Network quality depends on local carrier infrastructure and your location; Zyesims does not guarantee uninterrupted service under all conditions. Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant plan.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms and will post the revised version here. The new version becomes effective upon posting.
